Kathy Liebert

Born on October 1, 1967 in Nashville, TN, Kathy Liebert grew up playing and enjoying Poker with her friends and family. She even used to study Poker in books with subject like winning at poker. She learned gradually by writing her results on the inside cover.

Though she did different jobs and went to University of California, the itch and desire to do well in poker was always there. She then took a weekend trip to Las Vegas and encountered the fix that she needed.

Kathy tested her poker skills in the home games. There the limits were generally as high as $10 to $20. She felt her bankroll was enough and took another trip to Las Vegas. She decided to play in other tournaments.

At her first major poker tournament, Kathy played extra $11,000. She uses an aggressive style of game. She has become successful in both limit and no limit hold'em games. She is a great talker at the table which actually acts useful in the attack arsenal.

Most players wither under Kathy’s constant barrage, while there are some others who have suffered due to her poker skills. She has the ability to examine each hand of poker. This is what has made her an incessant winner in poker tournaments.

In the 2002 World Poker Tour, Kathy made the final table of three tournaments. In 2003 at the WSOP, she cashed about three times and two times in the WPT events. In 2004, she cashed twice at the WSOP. In the second tournament, she got her first gold-bracelet from ‘Granddaddy’ of poker tournaments. At present, Kathy ranks fifth in the WSOP winnings in women.

Erik Seidel

Erik Seidel is a professional poker player in America. He is originally a tournament backgammon player where he has been for eight years. He began playing at the stock market and moved on to the game of poker.

In his first major tournament, the 1988 World Series of Poker, Erik finished second. It was the main event to Johnny Chan. His final hand was even showed up in the famous movie “Rounders.” Erik also belonged to the group of players from Mayfair Club.

Erik took up Poker professionally only after 1995. He became recognized as one of the best and actually the most regular players in the world. He holds up about seven World Series of Poker titles. Eric is among the only player in the last 25 years to win over the World Series titles for three consecutive years.

in 2005, Eric came up with World Series victory in the $2,000 No limit Hold'em event. At present, by 2006, the total live tournament winnings of Erik Seidel go even above $5,300,000.
